1 week prior to your appointment at WHC you will need to avoid receiving any chemical peels and micro-needling treatments to your skin.
24 Hour Before Your Appointment at White Hill Clinic
- Try to avoid excessive sun exposure (as much as possible).
- No alcohol.
- No over the counter medications or multi vitamin supplements (that could impact or cause blood thinning).
- Continue to take prescribed medication (particularly any regular blood thinning medication).
On the day of your appointment – be sure to love yourself through eating meals and increasing your water intake (it’s important as it impacts your recovery and results).

What Aftercare is Needed for

- Over the counter medication (like painkillers as this can impact thinning of your blood – prescribed medication is different).
- Ice packs used as needed.
48 Hours After your Appointment with White Hill Clinic.
- Overly touching or massaging the treated area.
- Avoid taking flights (domestic).
- Heat induced activities including (but limited to): swimming pools and/ or spas, steam rooms and saunas and excessive exercise.
2 Weeks After your Appointment with White Hill Clinic.
- No Alcohol – this is a big no no!
- Avoid taking flights (international).
